Privacy statement

This page explains, in plain English, how Virtual Assistan Services handles personal information in connection with this website.

Information collected here

Only what you choose to send. The pages here are static, so ordinary browsing hands over nothing to Virtual Assistan Services.

When you get in touch directly, your message is held by Virtual Assistan Services so that it can be read and answered.

Use of what you send

Anything you send is used to reply to you and to deal with the matter you raised. It is not used for marketing and it is not sold.

Sharing with others

Personal information is not passed to anyone else to use for their own purposes. Disclosure would be made where the law requires it, for example on a valid request from a public authority.

Cookies and similar technology

Virtual Assistan Services sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

Logs kept by the host

The provider that hosts Virtual Assistan Services keeps standard server logs. These typically record an IP address, the page requested and the time of the request, and they exist for security and reliability. Virtual Assistan Services does not read or analyse them.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you rights over information about you. You can ask for a copy of what is held, have mistakes put right, have the information erased, and object to it being held. Requests are made with Virtual Assistan Services directly, and Virtual Assistan Services will respond to them. You also have the right to raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how it is handled.

Getting in touch about this

To ask a question about privacy here, or to make one of the requests set out above, get in touch with Virtual Assistan Services directly.
